Job description

King Communications is a progressive Vodafone partner with 20 stores nationwide. We are recruiting 4* xFull time Customer Service Advisors* for our Sales Support office in Cavan Town.

You will be responsible dealing with inbound calls and maintaining good customer relationships while up selling products.

You should be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with objection handling. Your main objective is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing our business.


  • Contact existing and potential customers
  • Answer questions about products.
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Update customer information
  • Take and process orders .


  • A minimum of 1 year proven experience as a call centre / Telesales
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant computer programs and CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill

Salary: €25,000.00-€28,000.00 per year
