Visted this shop yesterday to get all my details changed over to my new phone, the girl that was dealing with me was Melissa a lovely helpful and pleasant young lady ,she had it all done in half an hour .I live in ballinasloe and we do have a vodafone shop here but they do not have WiFi and cannot help you with anything all they are interested in is selling phones also they only deal in card payments which doesn't suit everybody so wake up vodafone and if there is an award for best vodafone shop then athlone shop should get it and Melissa should get it worker of the month

I went to Vodafone shop in golden Island today. To change my sim and details from an android to a work I phone . The lady who dealt with me her name was Tori . Lovely pleasant bubbly personality. And very good at her job . She went above and beyond in helping me out with my phone issues. Top marks in customer service department and top marks in sales department as well. As before I left she had convinced me to buy another phone and cover as well 🙃. So top marks to Tori at Vodafone Athlone.
