- This is a full-time door-to-door field sales role, representing one of Ireland’s most recognised telecommunications brands — Vodafone.
- You will work directly with customers in your assigned territory, helping them access faster broadband, premium TV, and mobile services while earning uncapped commission for your performance.
- This role offers excellent earning potential and clear progression opportunities into leadership and management roles within the company.
- Monday – Friday
- Represent Vodafone products and services within your assigned territory
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Promote and sell Vodafone broadband, TV, and mobile services
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Work closely with the sales management team to maximise performance
- Want to earn significantly more than a standard salary
- Are competitive and motivated by hitting targets
- Have experience in retail, hospitality, gyms, customer service, or sales
- Enjoy meeting new people and working outdoors
- Want to develop a long-term career in sales or management
- Prefers desk-based work
- Is uncomfortable speaking with new customers daily
- Is not motivated by commission or performance targets
- Full EU driving licence held for 2 years or more
- Age 25 or older
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Interest in telecommunications technology and trends
- A valid Irish or EU driving licence is required.
- UK licences are only accepted for individuals living in Northern Ireland. Otherwise, licences must be converted to an Irish licence.
