I have been locked out of my phone fairly frequently for some reason over the past while. I have been able to get back using the PIN until yesterday. Even though I used the forgotten password it was not any help as although it was supposed to send a link to my email it never did. I went to the Vodafone shop in the Marshes and to my delight after performing some secret operation they handed me the phone ready to go. 10 STARS to all.
