What do your daily duties include?

Making sure the shop is presentable and ready for customers. The majority of the day is spent on customer interaction. Small part of customer services but predominately we are sales, and we have targets and that’s what we’re all here to do.

How long have you been with King Communications?

Three years now, started off as a sales assistant, and moved around different stores but became more permanent here when we opened the new store in Mullingar. Last year, I took the promotion to assistant manager.

The benefits of being with King Communications?

I’ve never had a job where I could just ring the owner if something is wrong, but Paddy is always there for a phone call which is very nice to have.

Have you received any awards?

Since Ian became manager and I took over as assistant manager, we got ‘Most Improved Team’ in 2022.

Would you recommend King Communications to someone who is looking to join?

For someone who is target driven and likes the sense of achievement, it’s brilliant because you do feel that real sense of achievement each month.
