Role Activities:
- In my role as store manager I perform accessory checks and phone stock checks as well as checking the RMA folders to ensure all is in order with the returns.
- I also ensure to maintain proper hygiene in the shop, and also training new staff members in store procedures.
- Ensuring all pricing on phone displays are accurate and correct is also a crucial part of my role as well as updating the sale tracker.
